Since you are looking for best, so I would suggest that go for Michelin Energy XM2 or Bridgestone Turanza AR20. They both offer superb grip, handling, comfort and tread life. But michelin is a bit more comfortable while Turanza is a bit more durable over rough roads.
If you want something cost effective then go for Yokohama Earth-1. It will offer very good performance and comfort, but not as good as Turanza or Energy XM2.

I have been using michellin 185/65/14 on my hyundai i20. Currently using Michellin, drove around 60000 kms , awesome tyre , super silent, great handling but a little soft tyre.\\nSide Wall of two Tyres have badly damaged, had to specially repair them with extra rubber.\\nNow confused in \\nMichellin XM2\\nBridgestone B290\\nYokohama Earth1\\nConti CC5\\nApollo Alnac 4G \\nPls guide which will be best option - 2000 kms a month running, 80% good roads, 20% bad roads.Read More
Since your running is mostly on bad roads, I'd say go for Yokohama Earth-1. It has been specially designed keeping Indian road conditions in mind, so it should be able to handle the usual abuses.
Conti CC5 is also a soft tyre, so avoid that. Bridgestone B290 is failrly durable but is a bit noisy and traction levels won't be as good as in Yoko.
Since you are looking at a good tyre from a reputed brand, I'd say choose between Michelin Energy XM2 and Bridgestone Turanza AR20. Both these tyres offer superb grip, handling and tread life. But Michelin would offer a more comfortable ride quality while Turanza would be more durable over rough roads.
Since you are looking for best tyres, I would recommend Michelin Energy XM2 or Bridgestone Turanza AR20. Both these tyres offer superior wet and dry traction along with a very comfortable ride quality and long tread life. Needless to say, these tyres run high on safety.
If you want tyres that offer best ride comfort, then Michelin Energy XM2 would be a tad better than Bridgestone Turanza,
I'm not sure what variant of I20 you drive. So I'll give you recommendations for both the available tyre sizes that were available in your 2010 i20. In approx 7 years you drove 40000km. An average of 6000km a year. At this rate, you'll need a tyre that can last 24000km. Pretty much all tyres will last this much. So, I'm suggesting softer compound tyres that offer good grip and a bit less road noise.
Era and Magna: 175/70 R14
Apollo Alnac: Good noise insulation and water evacuation for wet roads
MRF ZVTV: Hard compound will give long life and good fuel efficiency, will be noisy at higher speeds
If you're willing to look at more options:
Bridgestone B290: Contains road noise very well, much grippier than the tyres you go from the factory.
Falken Sincera: good stopping power compared to the B290 and good wet grip but will be noisier than the B290
Sportz and Asta: 185/65 R14
Apollo Alnac 4G
Bridgestone MY02: Looks good, offers good grip in dry conditions, wet grip is nothing exceptional
Yokohama Earth1: A nice all-rounder.

Hello Madhusudan Rf,
Since your priorities include long tread life, durability and good ride comfort, I'd suggest you to go for Bridgestone Turanza AR20 tyre. This tyre offers great wet and dry traction along with a very comfortable ride quality. It comes with a good tread life because of Silica based tyre compound.
If you want somethong better then go for Michelin Energy XM2 tyre. This tyre would offer better control and comfort than Turanza.
In case you want an economical option then go for Bridgestone B290.
Advantages- Lightweight, Enhances Looks
Disadvantages- Cheap and low quality Alloy wheels can crack or get damaged on bad roads
I own elite i20 with tyre specifications 195/55 r16. Not happy with tyres that came from company. Grip is not that good. And there are lots of cracks on tyre as I drive in hilly areas. Suggest me some good tyre. And I want to upsize tyre. I want more wide tyre.. Please help.Read More
Although the 195/55R16 is a good size for i20 but if you want to upsize then you can go for 205/55R16. Do consider the Bridgestone Ecopia EP150 or Potenza G3 tyres.
