2019 Agritechnica: BKT To Launch Flotation Tyres

BKT will premier the V-Flexa, “a state-of-the-art flotation tyre with steel band and VF technology.”
BKT will showcase the V-Flexa, a radial tyre designed specifically for agricultural trailers, at the Agritechnica 2019 expo in Germany (10-16 November 2019). This latest-generation Flotation product from BKT features Very High Flexion (VF) technology that enables the transport of heavy loads with an inflation pressure 30 percent less than that of a standard tyre of the same size.
The Flotation tyre combines VF technology with all-steel structure, i.e. steel belts that provide resistance to the casting against punctures or penetration of foreign matter. The all-steel casing, which is composed of three additional layers of heavy-duty steel, supports heavy loads at low pressure with total safety assisted by a super-resistant side wall that further enhances the performance.
In addition, BKT will also exhibit Agrimax V-Flecto ‘star’ tyre in VF 600/60 R 38, to improve both the productivity and performance of the latest generation tractors.
