Hankook appoints Antal Takacs as its new Marketing Director

Tyre manufaturer Hankook has appointed Antal Takacs as the new Marketing Director at its European headquarters. One of the major focus points, apart from regular tasks, will be further development of pan European pricing strategy and reinforcing Hankook's marketing strategy in Europe.
Ho Youl Pae, Hankook's head of Europe said, "Our current aim is to optimise our pan European marketing strategy, so that we meet our clients' needs professionally and strengthen the brand awareness all over Europe.”
When it comes to formal education, Antal Takacs has 2 Masters degrees, one in engineering and another in economics. On top of formal education, Antal has over 20 years of experience in automotive and tyre industry. He has experience of managing pricing at Porsche Hungaria Kereskedelmi Kft in Budapest and Product Marketing at MFP Michelin Clermont-Ferrand and Paris. Before working with Hankook, Antal spent last three years in B2B financial sector as the Head of Marketing and Sales Support for a leading international organisation in Luxembourg called Alter Domus which provided funding and corporate services. There, his notable responsibilities were implementing Customer Relationship Management platform and organisation's re-brand project worldwide.
