Apollo Launches Actigrip R6 Tyres Specifically For Royal Enfield Motorcycles

The latest Apollo tyres promise longevity and durability in both on and off-road conditions.

Citing the ever-increasing popularity of Royal Enfield motorcycles in the Indian two-wheeler market, Apollo tyres have come up with a newly developed range of tyres called Actigrip R6. The Apollo Actigrip R6 range includes tyres for popular models from Royal Enfield, like Classic, Bullet, Thunderbird and Himalayan. 

The new range of Apollo Actizip R6 tyres promises not only better safety levels in both on and off-road riding conditions, but also enhanced mileage and long term durability as well.

Apollo Actigrip R6 – Details:

The new Apollo Actigrip R6 has been made available in two different sizes, 120/80-18 rear and 90/90-19 front. Both the tyre sizes are tubeless tyres, which are made for the 350cc and 500cc versions of Classic and Thunderbird as well as the 500cc version of the Bullet.

The Apollo Actigrip R6 comes with a V-shape design for the tread blocks, with the centre tread blocks being wider. This unique design of the tread blocks ensures maximum grip and traction on off-roads, improved mileage and durability owing to their cut-free smooth rubber compound.

These tyres also have longitudinal grooves in the middle and towards the shoulder area, which help them in faster dissipation of mud and dirt while riding the motorcycle in off-road conditions. This self-cleaning feature makes it safe in riding in adverse conditions, especially when the terrains become loose.
