Auto Expo 2020: Best Tyres For Suzuki Intruder, BS6 Engine Expected
Published On 17-Nov-2020
Will it receive only cosmetic update or don more powerful engine? Also, can we see new tyres?
Facelifted Suzuki Intruder with BS6 engine will get FI technology with a slight change in the power (14bhp) and torque (14Nm) values. The launch of 2020 Intruder will see goodbye to the carburettor choice. With this, the engine might see some drop in power, while same 5-speed gearbox will continue its duties on the new BS6 Intruder.
Besides existing three colours, some glossy shades may add variety to the line-up. Moreover, a bit softer suspension for city rides and new instrument will bestow more premium appearance. The cruiser motorcycle by Suzuki is offered in two variants regular carburettor and FI model.
Though Intruder looks bulky in dimensions, however, the tyres seem puny. This issue may also be addressed with wider tyres with its latest iteration. Currently, it stands on 100/80 - 17 tubeless tyres at front and 140/60 R 17 radial tubeless tyres at rear. So let’s look at some of the ideal tyre patterns from leading tyre manufacturers in India for the Suzuki Intruder 155.
