Leading tire manufacturing company CEAT Specialty is all set to launch two brand new agricultural application tyres at the Agritechnica 2019, the world’s prime trade fair for agricultural machinery. CEAT is aiming to broaden its agricultural line with directing its focus at the tractor and combine segments to amplify productivity. Further specifications and details will be disclosed at the Agritechnica,2019 event.
CEAT Torquemax designed for high power tractors and CEAT Yieldmax that focuses on the combined harvester market are the new highly anticipated CEAT agricultural application launches.
The all-new CEAT Torquemax range of power tractor tyres is specifically designed to ascertain persistent and smooth transfer of torque from the tractor to the ground especially during hardcore fieldwork. It is engineered to perform efficiently, regardless of the type of field or road demands placed on it. The high points of the Torquemax design include new encasement, the specifications will be revealed on the CEAT show at the Agritechnica event. It produces an extra-wide footprint to ensure minimized soil compaction, which leads to yield gains, ultimately resulting in increased productivity. The CEAT Torquemax will initially be available in a 480/80 R50 size.
The newly designed CEAT Yieldmax is a tyre focused on catering to the combine harvester market. It comes with a radial carcass and deep tractive lugs that give high traction. The CEAT Yieldmax is engineered and designed for front axle use that helps minimize the harvesting impact on the soil. The design features consists of interlug terracing at the base of the lugs that help maximize the self-cleaning capability of the tyre. It comes with a rounded lug base to enhance durability. CEAT Yieldmax is designed to make the tyre more sturdy and resistant to bumps and sharp stones, it also helps in lateral stability on rough and uneven terrain, low vibration levels along with high comfort in almost any working conditions. CEAT Yieldmax will initially be available in 620/75 R32 and 620/75 R36 sizes, it offers higher load capacity without opting for a wider tyre.
