Hankook Ventus Prime 3 K125 Tyre Makes Its Official Debut In Malaysia

K125 tyres achieved first position in the 2018 summer tyre test organised by Germany’s Auto Bild

The South Korean tyre manufacturer has launched its latest Ventus Prime 3 K125 tyre in Malaysia. The brand has defined the tyre as an ultra-high-performance tyre, which is designed to deliver the perfect steadiness between safety and performance. Moreover, this tyre is intended for those whose style of driving is a mixture of comfort and sports.

Hankook’s senior VP for the Asia Pacific, Park Jeong Ho, said “Hankook Ventus Prime 3 is a series of tyres developed to provide a perfect blend of performance, comfort, safety, and environmental friendliness. The new tyre comes with a tread design that includes three broad tread ribs, groove chambers to expand the contact patch for better grip under braking and four water clearing channels for enhanced water displacement, which will help in improving the wet performance, claims Hankook.

Moreover, it gets a high grip silica compound that helps in offering both rolling resistance and traction, a broad steel belt layer, a jointless full cover reinforcement belt, and an equilibrium rayon carcass line that aids in improving the sidewall durability.
