The bike rides on a new diamond frame chassis, with increased suspension travel at the front and rear. The front features a conventional fork, while the rear consists of twin shox. The bike is available in drum and disc brake versions. 

The Passion Pro is available in six body paints, including Hero Passion Pro Colors Glaze Black, Sports Red, Moon Yellow, Techno Blue, Heavy Grey Metallic and 100 Million Limited Edition.
