Hero XPulse 200 4V Launched - Tyres & Wheels Detail
Published On 13-Oct-2021
Xpulse is the first 4-valve motorcycle from Hero. Below you can get complete tyre and wheels information.
Hero has introduced the all-new Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle in the Indian market at the price of INR 1.28 lakh. The bike has been launched just a few weeks after it was spotted undergoing test mules. It is the first motorcycle from the company that comes with a four-valve engine, replacing the two-valve OHC setup in the 199.6cc air-cooled engine.
The 4V is the third model of Xpulse 200 since its inception in 2019. The first to be launched was the BS4 model, followed by the BS6 version soon after, which also came with a host of updates, including an oil-cooler system that helped it to become an all-rounded package.
Talking about the key aspect of the bike, the four-valve system let the engine take air better when driving at higher RPMs, resulting in superior high-end performance. The new engine now produces 19.1PS and 17.35Nm torque, as against earlier 2V’s 18.1PS and 16.45Nm torque. The motorcycle also comes with new switchgear, which is equipped with a start and kill switch, like the one seen in Xtreme 160R.

The 37mm telescopic front fork suspension offers 190mm of travel, while the Rectangular swingarm with mono-shock suspension at the rear has a cushion stroke of 170mm with 10-step pre-load adaptability. The Xpulse get the same set of 90/90-21 sized tyre at the front and 120/80-18 tyre at the rear, as was in the earlier model, with spoke wheels sized 21-inch at front and 18-inch at the rear.
