Continental Tyres And Its Approach With Technologically Advanced Tyres
Offered only with 460/70 R24 tyre size until now, the Continental CompactMaster was initially launched for telehandlers in different conditions. Exclusively designed for field operations in agricultural applications, the Continental CompactMaster is also ready to use in hard-surface logistics tasks.
The head of business of filed agricultural tyres at Continental, Ivonne Bierwirth, believes that the new larger tyre size introduced to meet the demands of customers will also help the brand to diversify the portfolio of its tyres towards larger vehicles and more operations.
In recent months, Continental has expanded its product portfolio by launching nine product lines over 110 articles for agricultural types of machinery. All of these tyres are manufactured at Continental Tyres’ production facility in Portugal, and with these tyres, Continental intends to address the new challenges and accept the current trends of the tyre industry for agricultural mobility solutions.
The new-generation TractorMaster and CompactMaster tyres are designed with increased resistance to damages and cuts, along with fuel efficiency and durability enhancements.
