The prototype puncture-proof tyre developed by the French tyre manufacturer, Michelin has received three prestigious awards in a row this year, and those are the COYOTE Automobile Award 2020 in France, the GOLDEN STEERING WHEEL Award 2019 in Germany, and the AVT ACES Award 2020 in the USA. The awards mentioned above were provided by the European community Coyote, the German press group Auto Bild and the American magazine Autonomous Vehicle Technology respectively.
Also, they have nominated Michelin UPTIS (Unique Puncture-Proof Tire System) in the innovation and Michelin tyre of the year divisions, emphasizing on its extraordinary technological approaches. The tyre was revealed by Michelin at the Movin’ On 2019 summit on June and was committed to sustainable mobility.
