Skoda has recently launched the fourth-generation model of Octavia in the Indian market. The price for the base Style variant is INR 25.99 lakh, while the top end Laurin & Klement has been priced at INR 28.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Octavia has been the best-selling sedans in the D-segment for many years, and with the launch of the new model, the popularity will certainly touch new heights.

Skoda India is offering only two variants in the Octavia sedan namely the Style and the top-spec Laurin & Klement. The car is currently available only with the petrol engine which is the 2.0L Turbocharged unit with a direct injection system.

The motor is capable of producing 190PS and 320Nm of torque while the transmission duties are handled by 7-speed DSG Automatic with Tiptronic manual gear changing technology.

As far as styling is concerned, the Octavia looks dynamic from every angle, redefining premium and setting new benchmarks. The Style variant of the sleek and sporty sedan gets 17-inch Rotare alloy wheels coupled with 205/55 tyres.

The Laurin & Klement variant, on the other hand, gets the same 17-inch size but different Pulsar Aero Black alloy wheel design.

Skoda Octavia Tyres and Wheels

Skoda is currently offering two tyre options for the Octavia. Both the Style and the Laurent and Klement variants come fitted with 17-inch alloy wheels with the same 205/55 tyre size. However, the spare tyre wheels are different with the base Style variant sized 205/60 R16, the Lauren and Klement variants get 125/70 R18 tyre size.
