The Czech automaker Skoda is all set to launch its new mid-sized sedan Slavia in the Indian market. The car was unveiled in December last year and since, garnering critical appraise for its design and upmarket interiors.

The transmission duties will be handled by a 6-speed manual gearbox, which comes standard or a 6-speed automatic torque converter with the 1.0L engine, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic for the 1.5L unit.
