TVS Srichakra has declared the resignation of its chief financial officer (CFO) KV Ganesh on Thursday with effect from 23 October 2019. The brand is involved in the business of manufacturing tyres for two-wheeler and three-wheeler. Mr Ganesh was appointed as CFO of the company on 12 August 2017. He completed his graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC)and pursued an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
 In his past career, he conquered the position of Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at IZMO Ltd. In addition to that, he was also appointed as the Secretary & Compliance Officer at Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. He has been awarded various prestigious awards such as the Top 100 CFO Award in India and Top 100 Most Influential CFO's in India. He has rich experience of nearly three decades in the field of Finance and Corporate Governance and 19 years of experience at CFO level.
 The tyre manufacturer announced in a regulatory filing, "We hereby inform that Mr K V Ganesh, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from the close of office hours of 23 October 2019." However, the tyremaker has not revealed anything regarding the next CFO of the company.
