SingEx Exhibitions, the organiser of India's one-stop marketplace for tyres, Automotive Repair and Maintenance, Services and Smart Solutions, and Tyre Sustainability sectors will bring Tyrexpo India to New Delhi this time around. It had staged the 2015 edition of Tyrexpo India in Chennai. This year, Tyrexpo India will take place at Pragati Maidan (Hall no. 12) in New Delhi from June 14-16. The move has been in response to expansion plans of Tyrexpo India to cater to the growing needs of the tyre markets across North India.
"When we first launched Tyrexpo India in Chennai, we forecasted and recognised the potential growth of the tyre industry in India. After tracking the successes of our three editions in Chennai, and with the city of New Delhi expected to become one of the world's largest tyre manufacturing centres over the next decade, we felt that it is time for us to expand our coverage in India. The event in New Delhi aims to fortify the local tyre market by connecting local companies across India with international ones and creating platforms for knowledge sharing and conversations," said Project Director of Automotive and Commodities Cluster Eileen Hair.
Just like the 2015 edition, the Tyrexpo India 2016 will focus on Tyres, Automotive Repair and Maintenance, Services and Smart Solutions, and Tyre Sustainability segments due to the growing needs of the automotive industry as a whole. Visitors at the event will benefit from a number of workshops, seminars and a Congress. The Tyre Retail Congress, a one-day conference as a part of the Tyrexpo TechTalk Seminar, will bring together tyre brands, retailers, distributors and auto enthusiasts to interact with each other.
Next is the TechTalk Seminar, a series of workshops and knowledge programs aimed at enhancing the skills of specialists and engineers, and to help industry players stay up-to-date with latest developments. Industry experts from Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (ATMA), Bosch, Elgi Rubber and others will speak at the workshops.
Last is the Tyrexpo Technical Workshop (TTW), a series of hands-on product demonstrations that aim to sharpen the skills and expertise of those in tyre repair sector to help them meet better quality service and standards' demands.
The visitors will be able to see the wide range of products, services and solutions for the Indian and export market from close to 100 international tyre and automotive companies such as BKT, Elgi Rubber, Shandong Linglong, Bosch and others.
There will also be the Tyre and Rubber Industry Leadership Acknowledgement Awards (TRILA). These awards recognise those people whose efforts and contributions to the tyre industry has left a lasting impact on the same. The awards ceremony will be held on June 15.
