The single-disc variant rolls on 80/100-17 front and 100/90-17 rear tyres, whereas the twin-disc variant gets 90/90-17 front and 120/80-17 rear tyres.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Specifications and Features
Both the variants of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 are powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled, 149.5cc engine, which churns out a maximum power output of 14 PS and a torque output of 13.25 Nm. The major difference between both the iterations of the Bajaj Pulsar 150 is in its braking setup. While the twin-disc variant gets a 280mm front disc and 230mm rear disc, the single-disc variant has a 260mm front disc and 130mm rear drum. The twin-disc variant also gets a few more premium features like clip-on handlebars, split seats, split pillion grab rails and more stylish rear footrest holders.
