    JK tyres is an illustrious company that manufactures some of the finest tyres for different kind of vehicles, be it cars, trucks or buses. The company offers a wide range of four wheeler tyres and isregarded as the radial tyre leader in the country. It was founded in the year 1974 in the state of West Bengal. The tyre maker is headquartered in the capital of India, Delhi and has its registered office in Kankroli, which is a city in the state of Rajasthan. This firm has got its name from the initials of its founders, who were Seth Juggilal and his son Kamlapatji, who started the JK Organization. Its production plants are available in Mysore (Karnataka), Banmore (Madhya Pradesh), Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and in some other major cities of India. In 1988, the company introduced a range of new steel radial tyres for multinational corporations like Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki. In 2007, it was renamed from JK Industries Limited to JK Tyres & Industries Limited. Currently, it caters to the needs of numerous customers in more than 80 countries across all the six continents. Now, it has a total workforce of 5010 people, approximately. Moreover, the JK tyres has kept its products prices in a very economical range and that too, without compromising with their quality.

    Dealer Relationship Programs:

    JK tyres offers two dealer relationship programs namely, Advantage and Radial Star. The Advantage program identifies and rewards its channel partners, that deal with Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tyres. On the other hand, the Radial Star is a program designed for those dealing with truck or bus radial tyres. Besides these, there are exclusive JK tyres dealers available who deal with both steel wheels (for car tyres) and truck wheels (for truck tyres).

    Research and Development Facilities:

    JK tyres in India has established the Hari Shankar Singhania Elastomer and Tyre Research Institute (HASETRI) in October 1991. This independent Research and Testing Center assists in developing advanced technologies for dealing with tyres as well as elastomers. It also has the JK Tyre Tech Center in Faridabad, which designs, develops and validates the products with the help of sophisticated tools and methods. The company's another institute is named as Raghupati Singhania Center of Excellence for Tyre and Vehicle Mechanics (RPSCOE). It plays a significant part in developing tyre performance characteristics and in addressing the growing as well as changing demands of buyer requirements.
