Tyre upsizing is not recommended by the motorcycle makers as it affects the fuel mileage and performance of any bike. And in Gixxer SF 155 there is not much of scope for upsize, hence it is better to stick to the stock tyre size. Although, to ensure high speed stability and planted performance you can pick Apollo Alpha S1 for rear and Michelin Pilot Sporty for the front.

Hence, if you are satisfied with the performance of the existing Pirelli Sport Demon tyres, which are the best you can get in the segment, you can continue with it. Other tyre patterns for 100/90-18 front tyre include Metzeler ME 880 and Metzeler Lasertec for 130/70-18 rear tyre.

I have rode around 170 on my interceptor and that limit will really get the sports demon out. What is the good recommendation for a good grip high speed tyre combined with a decent load rating. budget no barA.
You seem to be talking about the rear Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 tyre that reads a size of 130/70-18 63H. Here in the load index and speed rating are given in codes as '63' and 'H' which stands for 272 kgs and 210 km per hour respectively. Hence you easily carry a pillion rider along. Moreover, the Pirelli Sport Demon 130/70-18 also comes with the same load index and speed rating as the Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp. Therefore, without any worries, you can accelerate and get the pillion on.

The rear tyre has a air loss issue, which i had replaced in warranty 1 year ago, due to the same reason. The rim seems to be okay, as i checked from the mechanic. So now I am thinking of changing to another brand. I was think michelin pilot street or appolo S1. I read a review that michelin front tyre is not good for cornering. So please suggest me a good set of tyres that are good for cornering, commuting, wet grip, and a little offroading. Appolo, michelin, pirelli and masseter are my preferred brands. Thank youA.
You can choose Apollo Alpha S1, or else pick Metzeler Sportec Street. Both these tyres have tried and tested results in terms of high-speed stability and cornering.
