Sadly, there isn't a universal definition of "Best" when it comes to tyres. We all have our different priorities and preferences. But I would try to suggest you something which would tick all the right boxes.
You should look at buying Michelin Energy XM2 tyres of Bridgestone Turanza AR20 for your Xing. Both these tyres offer superb grip, handling and tread life. They both make use of Silica in their rubber compound. This increases grip levels over wet surfaces and enhance tyre life. But Michelin Energy XM2 would offer a more comfortable and quiet ride quality.
In case you want something cost-friendly, then go for MRF ZVTS. It offers confident wet and dry grip and a long tyre life, but is a bit noisy , especially at high speeds.
Yokohama Earth-1 is also a very good tyre and delivers a great performance. It is also priced somewhere between MRF and Bridgestone/MIchelin. So, if you can afford to spend a bit more than MRF then you should go for this.

I want to upsize the tyre for my FIAT PUNTO ACTIVE.. Currently Im Using 165/80 R14.. Please suggest me the appropriate upsize. I drive in Highways and rough roads. i drive in 110 Km/h speedRead More
I'd suggest maintaining the same size but opting for a softer compound tyre for better grip on highways. With an upsize, you run the risk of either tyres rubbing against the wheel well or you'll have to opt for low profile tyres, which will take away the comfort on rough roads.
This Bridgestone Turanza is the same size as your existing tyre. It's good for touring, contains road noise and offers excellent wet road grip.
