Are you a fan of F1 and consider having a piece of Ayrton Senna’s story at home? MONGRIP promises such a feat with the launch of a bracelet honouring one of the greatest riders of all time. It has launched a special bracelet made from a tyre run by Ayrton Senna during his iconic performance at the 1993 European Grand Prix- the race which saw him climb from fifth to first on lap one.
The limited-edition MONGRIP Legend bracelet features strips of McLaren MP4/8 tyre, the car with which Ayrton Senna won the legendary European Grand Prix in Donington Park in 1993. The first lap of this race is considered by many to be the “most perfect” in F1 history. Senna started in the fifth position under the rain and slippery track but finished the first lap leading others.

The first batch of the release features 41 bracelets, a number reminiscent of the races won by Senna. In total there will be 161 bracelets, the total number of races in which Senna competed. Apart from the tyre strap, the bracelet also features an 18-carat gold finish. Twelve bracelets were available initially for sale at MONGRIP’s website, for buyers worldwide with free shipping.
