CEAT Tyres has launched a new mobile application for its users on iOS and Android platforms. As per CEAT, the new app is an interactive medium that provides first-hand information to users anywhere, anytime so as to make their travel safe and speedy. The CEAT Mobile App can be downloaded online via App Store for iOS or Google Play Store depending on your device.

CEAT insists that its new app is the first-of-its-kind launched by an Indian tyre company. The mobile app is claimed to provide easy access to crucial, on-the-go information including tyre care and safe driving tips that will help riders enhance the safety of their ride. The users will also be able to browse through CEAT product range or avail geo-location services that will track the nearest CEAT dealers, petrol pumps, cinema halls, coffee shops or ATMs through the app. Additionally, the app features a special function that gives prompt access to CEAT’s customer care and also helps one set vehicle maintenance reminder on the phone.

Commenting on the development, Nitish Bajaj, VP, Marketing, CEAT Limited, said, “The aim behind launching the CEAT app was to provide our customers with all relevant information on our products range, tyre maintenance reminders and dealer locator so as to make it convenient to choose, maintain and replace the tyres. We also wanted to provide value-added information pertaining to utility services viz. ATM and petrol pump locator in one place so as to make their journey hassle-free. With smartphones becoming the primary device to access the internet, we are confident that this app shall add immense value to consumers on the move and help CEAT build enduring relationships with its consumers.”
