JK Tyre ranks first in 2015 JD Power Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index study

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has ranked top in customer satisfaction for its Original Equipment tyres in the JD Power 2015 India Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index (TCSI) study. With this, the Indian tyre manufacturer has added another feather to its cap. JK Tyre has got an overall score of 881 points. The company secured 882 points on the Appearance front (tyre design and styling) and 886 points for Ride and Handling.
The JD Power 2015 India Original Equipment TCSI study uses responses from over 4,000 car owner participants, especially new vehicle owners who purchased their vehicles between May 2012 and August 2013. As per this study, during the past five years, customer reported problems with Original Equipment tyres have considerably reduced and this shows that the quality of OE tyres is enhancing day-by-day.
