Maxxis crosses 1000-dealerships mark in India, gears up for further expansion

“Maxxis India managed to get 1018 dealerships on-board in a short span of 12 months. The tyre manufacturer is eyeing a sizeable chunk in Indian market in next few years, including 15% market share in two-wheeler segment by 2023.”

Maxxis India has managed to establish a network of more than 1000 dealerships in India in a relatively short span of time. The tyre manufacturer has a total of 1018 dealerships live on its website. This milestone has been achieved in last one year and is symptomatic of Maxxis’ aggressive strategy to be a prominent tyre brand in India.

The company focused on strengthening relationship with existing dealer partners while establishing connections with new ones. Various dealers’ meets and activations at a PAN India level were coordinated in this light. These meets helped Maxxis India touch base in tier-II and tier-III cities.

The 1018 dealers are spread across 325 cities in India. Western India alone accounts for more than 500 dealers while those in North India range around 236. South and East stand at 195 and 49 dealerships respectively.
