This motorcycle, which is a successor to the Hero Impulse from the past, is the most affordable and the only 200cc off-road adventure motorcycle in the country today.
In the latest 4V update, the Hero Xpulse 200 received a fresh set of new graphics on the fuel tank and side body panels. Other than that, it continues to retain the other elements like a rounded all-LED headlamp, handlebar crash guards, high-set front fender, LED tail lamps, clear lens turn indicators, transparent front windscreen, aluminium engine guard, split pillion grab rails, and high-positioned exhaust.
The Xpulse 200 also gets a fully-digital LCD instrument console which is compatible with Bluetooth for navigation inputs. There are three colour options on offer for the Hero Xpulse 200 – Polestar Blue, Matte Nexus Blue and Sports Red.

The Hero Xpulse 200 comes armed with a four-stroke, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, 199.6cc engine, which now receives a four-valve setup. Paired with a 5-speed gearbox, this engine delivers a maximum power output of 19.1 PS, while the peak torque output of this engine is rated at 17.35 Nm. The motorcycle comes equipped with 37mm conventional telescopic forks with 190mm of travel at the front and a rectangular swingarm with mono-shock with 170mm of travel at the rear.
Rolling on 90/90-21 front and 120/80-18 rear tube-type tyres over spoke wheels, the Xpulse 200 gets 276mm disc at the front and 220mm disc at the rear for stopping duties, coupled with ABS. The Xpulse 200 measures 2222mm long, 850mm wide and 1258mm tall, with the motorcycle having a wheelbase of 1410mm, ground clearance of 220mm, a seat height of 825mm and a kerb weight of 158 kg.
