The Triumph Scrambler 1200 X shares its round-themed fuel tank, LED headlamp and single-pod instrument console with the Bonneville Bobber. However, apart from the traditional scrambler elements mentioned, the Scrambler 1200 X also gets a rugged-looking single long seat, high-set and vertically-stacked twin exhaust pipes with a side aluminium shield and a minimalist curved rear fender. It also gets cornering ABS and traction control for increased stability while riding.
Triumph Scrambler 1200 X: Engine & Transmission
The Triumph Scrambler 1200 X gets the same liquid-cooled, parallel-twin, 1200cc engine which powers other Triumph flagship retro bikes like Speed Twin 1200, Bonneville T120, Bonneville Bobber and Bonneville Speedmaster. This parallel-twin engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission and generates 90 PS of maximum power and 110 Nm of maximum torque.
