Unfortunately, there isn't a universal definition of "Best" when it comes to tyres. We all have our different priorities and preferences. But I would try to suggest you something which would tick all the right boxes.
You should look at buying Michelin Energy XM2 tyres of Bridgestone Turanza AR20 for your Santro GLS. Both these tyres offer superb grip, handling and tread life. They both make use of Silica in their rubber compound. This increases grip levels over wet surfaces and enhance tyre life. But Michelin Energy XM2 would offer a more comfortable and quiet ride quality.
In case you want something cost-friendly, then go for MRF ZVTS. It offers confident wet and dry grip and a long tyre life, but is a bit noisy , especially at high speeds.

Recommend tyre for my SANTRO XING four wheeler
Hi Ulhas,
Take a look at the MRF ZVTS. These are hard compound rubber but last a long time.
If you don't drive much, then spending a little more on a set of Falken Sincera will give you better grip and less road noise. The difference will be noticeable instantly compared to the MRF at the cost of a shorter life.
