Mahindra XUV 3XO: Tyres And Wheels
The Mahindra XUV 3XO has an extensive list of variants, which is divided primarily into MX and AX ranges. All the variants in the MX range – MX1, MX2, MX2 Pro, MX3 and MX3 Pro – have 16-inch steel wheels wrapped with 205/65 R16 tyres. These same tyres are offered with 16-inch alloy wheels in the AX5 and AX5 Luxury variants. The range-topping AX7 and AX7 Luxury variants come with 215/55 R17 tyres over 17-inch alloy wheels. The standard tyre offered in all the variants of Mahindra XUV 3XO is the Goodyear Assurance Triplemax 2.
Complementing the excellent driving dynamics of the Mahindra XUV 3XO, the Goodyear Assurance Triplemax 2 has HydroTred technology. Using boosted compound formulation with additional adhesive resin and an innovative asymmetric pattern, the HydroTred technology enhances the braking of the compact SUV on wet surfaces.
The asymmetric tread pattern of this Goodyear tyre also improves the handling and steering precision, thanks to its more squarish footprint and greater contact pressure. This Goodyear Assurance Triplemax 2 tyre for Mahindra XUV 3XO has narrower shoulder grooves and an increased number of pitches in its tread pattern for a comfortable and quieter ride quality.
