A badge-engineered version of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, the new Urban Cruiser Taisor affirms Toyota’s presence in the sub-compact SUV category. Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor: Tyres And Wheels

All the variants of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor have 195/60 R16 tyres, with the lower-spec E and S variants having 16-inch steel wheels and S+, G and V variants having 16-inch alloy wheels. The 16-inch tyre offered as standard across the entire range of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor is Goodyear Assurance Triplemax tyres. 

There are several features which make the Goodyear Assurance Triplemax a versatile tyre for the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor. This Goodyear tyre has biting edges with large block elements for increased contact area that provides added safety while braking. The innovative polymer tread compound with improved molecular bonding of this tyre strengthens the grip on wet surfaces.

The new Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor shares its powertrain options with the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. The lower-spec variants – E, S and S+ - have a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine with 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT transmission options. The G and V variants come with a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine with 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions. The E variant is also offered with an optional CNG powertrain with a 5-speed manual transmission.
